Shipping and collection policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026. Payment partners often ask for a shipping policy. SaviForex does not post currency by courier or India Post. This page states the two ways notes leave our till: home delivery in Bangalore, or collection at a named desk.

1. Pay on Delivery has two types

Pay on Delivery on this website is not a generic cash-on-delivery courier. You choose one of two types when you book:

• Home delivery — a SaviForex staff member brings the booked notes to a Bangalore address you give on the traveller form. You pay when the notes are handed over, after passport and KYC. Home delivery is Bangalore only.
• Pay at branch — you collect at Kudlu or Whitefield Hoodi and pay at that till. Notes stay at the desk until you walk in.

Pay now is online payment on this website. You can still choose home delivery or branch collection after an online payment.

We do not ship notes by third-party courier, hotel drop, or airport runner outside this staffed home-delivery option.

2. Collection points (pay at branch)

For pay-at-branch bookings you collect from the Bangalore desk chosen on the booking:

• Kudlu (Hosur Road): Hosur Rd, near Nandi Toyota, 46/2, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, Hosapalaya, Garvebhavi Palya, Bengaluru 560068. 095355 00003.
• Whitefield Hoodi (ITPL): 825, 1st Floor, Shop.04, ITPL Main Road, Opp Bharath Petrol Bunk Hoodi, Rajpalya, Mahadevapura Post, Bengaluru 560048. 090086 70203.

Hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00–19:00 IST. Sunday by appointment.

3. Home delivery

Same working day is usual inside Bangalore if the address is reachable during desk hours, stock is available, and KYC documents are ready at the door. Bring original passport, tickets or visa, PAN if required, and your order number. The serving branch on the booking is the till that prepares the notes. See KYC documents.

4. Shipping charges

There is no courier surcharge on the website quote. If a distant or after-hours drop needs extra time, the desk will say so before they leave the till. You bear your own cost of travelling to a branch if you chose pay at branch.

5. Failed collection or missed delivery

If you cannot take the notes, cancel or reschedule under the cancellation policy. Uncollected or missed paid bookings are handled under cancellation and refund rules — we do not post the notes by courier instead.
